Description

You will facilitate intake calls and support participants through a 12-week program using Zoom and a clinical chat dashboard, while collaborating with a care team to improve mental health outcomes.

Requirements

• Doctoral or Master's degree in relevant field
• Fully licensed (Licensed Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in any US state
• 3+ years independently licensed clinical experience with teen/adult population
• Minimum 10 hours/week time commitment
• Tech-savviness with remote working tools and evidence-based care practice

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 30-40 minute intake calls and 30-minute program calls via Zoom
• Connect with participants via clinical chat during the 12-week program
• Track participant progress via chat dashboard (10-15 min per participant per week)
• Collaborate with care team, therapists, founders, and healthcare professionals
• Keep records per ethical/legal standards and provide product feedback
