💼 About This Role

You'll create multi-lingual resources for D2L customers, working alongside the Knowledge and Localization team. Your work will help transform the way the world learns by producing how-to video tutorials and performing quality-assurance reviews of product translations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create how-to video tutorials in multiple languages
• Conduct quality-assurance reviews of product translations
• Acquire multi-lingual product screenshots for help documentation and release notes
• Manage publishing queues to review and publish content from colleagues

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in at least one language other than English (Canadian French, Mexican Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, or Arabic)
• Proactive and independent work ethic
• Problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GitHub for version control
• Experience with MadCap Flare as a content management system
• Experience with Canva for creating how-to video tutorials
