💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex rail and transit projects as the primary technical authority in Seattle, managing budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll also help expand TKDA's presence through business development and client relationship management. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days in-office and two days remote.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transit project design from concept through construction support.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams and external partners.
• Participate in business development and proposal preparation.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of leading large multi-disciplinary projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years experience in transit, rail, or transportation infrastructure.
• Proven project management expertise with budget and timeline management.

• Professional Engineering license in Washington state.
• Professional project management credential or equivalent training.
