💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a high-performing sales team for the Italian mid-market. Your mission is to build a metrics-driven culture and coach each rep to consistently exceed targets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on coaching in a fast-growing cybersecurity startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 6-8 Mid-Market AEs
• Run 1:1s, call coaching, and live shadow sessions weekly
• Establish metrics-driven culture focusing on conversion and pipeline quality
• Define segmentation, messaging, and multi-channel outreach strategies

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full sales cycle experience
• Experience coaching or managing a small team of BDRs or AEs
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Full professional proficiency in English and native in Italian
