💼 About This Role

You'll join a cross-functional team to perform high complexity laboratory testing for cancer detection via next-generation sequencing. You'll work with automation and assay development scientists to build scalable infrastructure within a Clinical Laboratory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform high complexity lab tests and report patient results.
• Troubleshoot problems affecting test performance.
• Perform reagent manufacturing and qualification per procedures.
• Train new and existing lab personnel on procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Active CLS or CGMBS license issued by California.
• BS in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Clinical Laboratory experience in high complexity settings.
• Experience with next generation sequencing and molecular biology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automated liquid handlers.
• Knowledge of CAP molecular pathology regulations.
• Desire to learn about cancer genetics.
