💼 About This Role

You'll lead Epic integration projects for healthcare customers, designing and deploying CXA and CCaaS solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, compliant workflows that drive patient experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic implementations of CXA/CCaaS solutions with Epic/EHR integrations
• Develop and troubleshoot complex workflows and data exchange processes (HL7, FHIR)
• Mentor and train teams on integration expertise
• Collaborate with product and support teams on feature requests and issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services or IT/Software Development
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic integration experience
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, or MUMPS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with other EHR systems like Cerner, Athenahealth
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) or contact center solutions
