💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day accounts payable functions at Mid-Atlantic Truck Equipment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, manage invoice processing, reconcile statements, and assist with payment runs. This role offers a hybrid schedule with set in-office days and a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process and manage invoice entry and receipt in accounting system.
• Prepare and distribute checks and credit card payments to vendors.
• Handle new vendor requests, including W-9s and credit applications.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and maintain vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in accounts payable preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
