💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior regulatory attorney on the LTSE Regulatory team, liaising with the SEC and interpreting SRO rules. You'll lead the end-to-end rule filing process, ensuring timely submissions and thoughtful responses. This is a high-impact role at an innovative SEC-registered exchange, working on mission-driven market design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research, interpret and advise on SEC and SRO rules.
• Draft and submit rule changes and amendments with the SEC.
• Work directly on regulatory examinations and lead LTSE's responses.
• Cover industry meetings as an LTSE representative.

📋 Requirements

• JD degree with deep understanding of an SRO's role.
• Significant ability to interpret SEC and exchange rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills adaptable to a start-up culture.
