🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend).
• Participate in product development as an active individual contributor.
• Hire and onboard new engineers for the team.
• Provide continuous feedback and career guidance to direct reports.

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people.
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix).
• Track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows.
