💼 About This Role

You'll own the physical infrastructure of our primary manufacturing campus as we scale from multi-thousand to 100,000+ sq ft. You'll be responsible for the full facilities lifecycle, from day-to-day maintenance to long-range capacity planning, working closely with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and EHS. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you'll lead a team and manage complex industrial systems including CNC machining, spray painting, and potentially molten metal casting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing facilities team
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across production and office spaces
• Lead EHS programs including OSHA compliance and industrial hygiene
• Oversee capital projects, construction, and facility expansions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience with HVAC, compressed air, MEP, and utility systems for heavy manufacturing
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and OSHA compliance
• Proven track record managing construction projects and contractor relationships
