Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you will focus on formulating and executing a sales strategy within the Financial Services sector in Eastern Europe. You'll proactively identify and close sales opportunities, build relationships with CTOs and technical leaders, and partner with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience working enterprise and large Financial Services accounts from scratch
  • Strategic mindset with C-Level selling experience
  • Examples of winning strategic deals and growing accounts to $1M ARR
  • Consistent over achievement against quota
  • At least 4 years selling to Eastern European customers face-to-face

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline
  • Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, technical end users
  • Build relationships resulting in growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services for customer satisfaction
  • Work with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
