- Develop and own CX strategy
- Supervise and manage customer care agents
- Manage learning development for agents
- Own performance management and analyze metrics
- Gather voice of the customer via feedback loops
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years managing customer experience/support teams
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis comfort
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- BA/BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field

- Experience at another DTC consumer business
- Experience with SQL or Tableau
