  • Develop and own CX strategy
  • Supervise and manage customer care agents
  • Manage learning development for agents
  • Own performance management and analyze metrics
  • Gather voice of the customer via feedback loops

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years managing customer experience/support teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and data analysis comfort
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
