Description

You will manage property inspections, coordinate with landlords on maintenance projects, and ensure contractual compliance for SpaceX's international real estate portfolio. You'll oversee project scoping, bid sourcing, and documentation while supporting executive reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma plus Bachelor's and 2+ years facilities/property management experience, or 5+ years experience
• International facilities or property management experience preferred
• Project or program management experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; pivot table experience a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours/weekends

Responsibilities

• Escort landlords and complete property inspections to identify cost-sharing projects
• Manage projects with facilities, construction, and security for landlord-triggered tasks
• Source multiple bids for maintenance projects and new lease contracts
• Organize documents in Smartsheet, Confluence, and Yardi; manage COIs
• Create lease metric reports and present to executive leadership
