You will build relationships with clinical partners in your local community, drive market penetration, and connect patients to life-saving mental health treatment. This role involves field work 4-5 days/week, leading meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to expand access to care.

Requirements

• Based in Miami, FL
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
