Description

You will lead the varsity volleyball program at St. Anne's-Belfield School, developing student-athletes' skills and character while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. You'll plan practices, manage assistant coaches, and communicate with parents and the athletic director to build a strong program that complements the school's mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• Head volleyball coaching experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of volleyball and coaching techniques
• Knowledge of VISAA NFHS rules for volleyball
• Strong communication, management, and motivational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop practice and game plans based on analysis of previous games
• Assess individual player abilities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Establish and enforce team rules and regulations
• Organize team-building activities and foster sportsmanship
