You'll operate CNC equipment to machine precision steel parts within 0.001" at a West Michigan tool and die manufacturer. Your core impact will be ensuring parts meet quality standards and delivery expectations while troubleshooting machining issues independently. This role stands out with extensive in-house capabilities like five-axis fiber laser and sheet hydroforming.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Machine steel to precise measurements within 0.001".
• Program cutter paths using Mastercam and WorkNC software.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for machining requirements.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical training or certification in CNC machining.
• Experience with Fanuc controls.
• Experience with Mastercam or WorkNC software.
