You'll own the outbound sales function end-to-end, leading a team of SDRs to build pipeline using AI-assisted tooling. Your core impact is turning the team into a precision pipeline machine that consistently hits targets. This role is at Humaans, a fast-growing HR tech startup with strong VC backing.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Set outbound strategy and refine ICP targeting
  • Coach and develop SDRs through 1:1s and call reviews
  • Ensure tight handoff to AEs for pipeline conversion
  • Use data and AI analytics to drive decisions

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in outbound sales with 2+ years managing BDR/SDR team
  • B2B SaaS experience required
  • Deep familiarity with Clay, Claude Code, Lemlist
  • Experience building outbound workflows using AI
