You'll serve as the institution-wide Section 504 Coordinator, ensuring full compliance with ADA/ADAAA across a multi-silo higher education environment. You'll develop accessibility policies and oversee accommodation processes for students with disabilities. This role combines compliance leadership with mission-driven student success in a collaborative academic setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as institution-wide Section 504 Coordinator for students
• Develop and implement accessibility policies across academic divisions
• Oversee accommodation processes and assistive technology services
• Manage and resolve student accommodation disputes and grievances

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in humanities, education, business, or related field
• 2–3+ years experience supporting ADA/504 student populations in higher education
• Working knowledge of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and ADA/ADAAA
• Experience managing student accommodation documentation and compliance data
