💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA's Central NJ Senior Living team providing home health physical therapy in assisted living and community settings. You'll develop care plans, perform diagnostic tests, and educate clients to promote independent living. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and mobility assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care.

📋 Requirements

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT work experience.
• Graduation from APTA-accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
