You'll join Varicent's Technical Support Team to troubleshoot and resolve SaaS-related issues for global clients. You'll be the frontline of customer success, ensuring seamless adoption of our Sales Performance Management solutions. This role offers exposure to diverse technologies and collaboration with industry leaders.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Resolve incidents by collecting logs and replicating issues.
- Communicate progress with clients and update CRM records.
- Use support tools and processes to resolve cases.
- Share best practices for Varicent product usage.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- SaaS platform experience required.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- B2 English proficiency or higher.
