💼 About This Role

You'll expand Satispay's merchant network by converting inbound leads and drive upsell of premium features to existing merchants. You'll manage your own pipeline in HubSpot CRM and negotiate effectively to meet KPIs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Acquire new merchants via inbound lead conversion
• Upsell premium features to active merchants
• Manage acquisition and development funnel on HubSpot CRM
• Present Satispay payment solutions to potential and existing partners

📋 Requirements

• Strong telephone communication and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to work with clear KPIs and exceed targets
• Interest in fintech and digital payments
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
• Knowledge of Italian employment law (L.68/99) is a plus
• Background in sales or business development
