You'll serve as an attending physician for patients in skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with NPs/PAs to manage daily care. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and a supportive clinical team with intuitive technology like AI Scribe and UpToDate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and clinical supervision
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions in a patient-centered manner
• Participate in quality initiatives like Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. medical license as MD/DO
• Board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine)
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
