You'll define architectural direction and lead technical initiatives for the Maps SDK team at Mapbox. Your core impact will be integrating multiple SDKs to enable rapid customer deployment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-platform implementations and mentor peers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and oversee large-scale cross-functional projects
• Drive improvements in development processes and code quality
• Design expressive APIs for developers using our SDKs
• Debug, profile, and optimize performance issues

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated history of shipping complex Android applications and SDKs
• Experience with native technologies like Kotlin and Java
• Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks
• Focus on usability and great user experience

• Experience debugging and profiling to resolve performance issues
• Familiarity with C++
• Desire to build frameworks and developer tools
