As the Overnight Shift Manager at Nabis, you will lead a 30+ person fulfillment team from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while managing KPIs, staffing, and cross-department collaboration. You'll drive operational excellence in a high-growth cannabis wholesale environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
• 2+ years managing a team of 30+ employees
• Excellent communication and time management
• High empathy and adaptability
• Familiarity with MS Office, ERP, CRM

• Track daily volume and manage SLA compliance
