💼 About This Role

You'll join the Business Operations Support team to deliver seamless operational excellence and outstanding customer support for SaaS clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions exceed SLAs through proactive monitoring and incident management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, design, and implement standard operating procedures for SaaS clients.
• Perform daily monitoring and verification of risk analytics reports.
• Respond to operational and technical support requests.
• Manage incidents and coordinate release deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Financial Services with treasury experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance and IT.
• Mandatory: Linux and Python.
• Working knowledge of Market and Credit Risk (VaR, XVA, Greeks).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of public and OTC cash and derivative products.
• Exposure to multiple asset classes (FI, Commodities, Credit, Equities, FX).
• Familiarity with systems like Bloomberg, Calypso, Murex, etc.
