🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle flow into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage a team of hourly associates
• Review mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years
• Functional expertise in vehicle reconditioning or related area
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds
