Description

You will assemble and test satellite components and fully integrated vehicles, performing electrical and mechanical integration, as well as pneumatic and electrical testing, to support spacecraft assembly and mission readiness.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in assembly, manufacturing or maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and test plans
• Ability to perform spacecraft integration in clean room environment
• Experience with hand tools and torque wrenches
• Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test spacecraft and ground support equipment
• Integrate structural parts, mechanisms, RF waveguides, antenna, electronic boxes, harnesses, coax cables, thermal blankets
• Maintain work instructions, connector mate logs, and test logs
• Perform spacecraft lifting, handling, and testing of subsystems per procedures
• Collaborate with Production engineers to develop build procedures
