  • Identify and engage on strategic opportunities in target accounts.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Drive new capabilities into target accounts.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and closing deals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of industry experience.
  • Sales experience as Business Development Director in the federal marketplace.
  • Experience using formal sales capture processes.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, procedures, and laws.

  • Experience within Federal Defense Clients.
  • Facilitation and communication skills โ€“ both written and verbal.
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
