📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Prime Brokerage in finance/fintech
• Strong institutional background at Tier-1 banks or prime brokers
• Proven track record with market makers and institutional trading desks
• Deep understanding of European market structure and institutional trading workflows
