💼 About This Role

You'll configure and deploy Odoo ERP for a manufacturing environment at an AR technology startup. You'll lead data migration of BOMs and inventory, enabling production traceability and supply chain workflows. This role offers hands-on impact in a cutting-edge aerospace setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure Odoo modules for inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality.
• Lead migration of inventory, BOMs, and part master data into Odoo.
• Set up workflows for work orders, purchase requests, and production traceability.
• Integrate Odoo with PLM and finance systems.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years implementing or configuring ERP systems in manufacturing.
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of MRP and manufacturing workflows.
• Proven experience with data migration including part master and BOM data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating ERP with PLM tools (e.g., Windchill).
• Familiarity with AS9100 and traceability requirements.
• Background in aerospace or DOD manufacturing environments.
