💼 About This Role

You'll manage the hybrid inference roadmap for a predictive AI engine in drug discovery. You'll drive alignment between engineering, science, and go-to-market teams. This role offers direct impact on patient outcomes by accelerating medicine development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategy for core prediction models serving two distinct goals
• Navigate internal priorities and drive alignment across engineering, science, and product
• Serve as primary product interface for external partners translating scientific requirements
• Translate preclinical business objectives into technical and data requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years, preferably 7+ years, as a Product Manager with AI/ML or data science focus
• 2+ years experience in Biotech or Pharma industry with preclinical R&D understanding
• Experience managing probabilistic products with predictions or inferences
• Track record managing inference technology via API or service layer

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, or predictive modeling
• Experience with technology-as-a-service
