You'll be our first dedicated DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer, taking full ownership of cloud infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and scaling for a fast-growing AI support platform. You'll ensure the platform stays fast, reliable, and cost-efficient while contributing to LLM system optimization and infrastructure scalability. This role combines deep infrastructure work with direct impact on AI systems at a company that's grown revenue 5x in a year.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters for scaling and security.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems.
• Optimize LLM deployments for latency and cost.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of DevOps or infrastructure experience.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (at least 2).
• Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and IaC (Terraform).
