You will own the product vision and roadmap for fraud detection, identity verification, and order dispute resolution at Instacart, protecting a four-sided marketplace while balancing cost efficiency and customer experience. You'll drive evolution of real-time ML-driven fraud platforms and shape AI-native fraud defense, directly impacting fraud losses and cost per order.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management for fraud, trust, or related platforms
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience with ML-driven fraud systems
• Ability to navigate trade-offs between cost and customer experience
• Experience in marketplace or e-commerce environments

• Own fraud, identity, and appeasements product vision and multi-year roadmap
