💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale the infrastructure that powers data across Profound, enabling analytics, experimentation, and ML-powered features. You'll architect scalable platforms using Snowflake, ClickHouse, and AWS, and develop tools for data ingestion, transformation, and observability. This role offers the chance to own Profound's data platform at an early stage and work at the intersection of AI and marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build platform infrastructure for ML, analytics, and data science teams
• Develop tools for data ingestion, transformation, quality, and observability
• Architect scalable systems using Snowflake, ClickHouse, AWS, dbt, and Dagster
• Build governance, access control, and data quality systems

📋 Requirements

• Experience building platforms for engineers and data scientists
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed data systems
• Expertise with analytics and lakehouse technologies like ClickHouse, Snowflake, or Iceberg
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Experience with data governance and secure data operations
• Interest in MLOps and supporting machine learning workflows in production
