You'll recruit top experts for Maven's cohort-based course platform, building a portfolio of high-potential creators. You'll be the driving force behind making Maven the #1 place for experts to teach online, with direct impact on our creator ecosystem. This role reports to the CEO and offers significant equity in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage a targeted pipeline of high-quality instructors
• Source, pitch, and close new instructors through full funnel
• Guide instructors on course positioning and launch preparation
• Use data to prioritize segments and refine outreach strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales, partnerships, or recruiting role
• Proven ability to build deep relationships with high-profile individuals
• Strong communication skills and empathetic closing ability
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment
