💼 About This Role

You'll drive academic achievement for elementary students by coaching teachers and leading data-driven instruction at a new Orange County charter school opening in 2027-2028. You'll immerse in the Rocketship model for two years as an Assistant Principal, then help launch the inaugural school. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach grade-level teams in Humanities or STEM content expertise
• Lead data analysis cycles and provide continuous teacher feedback
• Build school culture through parent engagement and community events

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years teaching in an urban classroom with significant student gains
• Valid teaching credential (required by start date)
• BA from an accredited university
• Experience in data-driven instruction and coaching teachers
