Description
You will own your territory like a CEO, driving enterprise sales of an AI-powered customer experience platform. You'll lead complex technical sales cycles, leveraging modern sales tools and AI to build pipeline, develop champions, and close high-value deals.
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS with complex technical sales cycles
- Track record of closing high six- and seven-figure enterprise deals in the last 3 years
- Expertise in MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks
- Skilled in using modern sales tech (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Clari) and GenAI
- Executive presence with ability to simplify technical value and influence transformation
Responsibilities
- Own territory strategy and execution across enterprise accounts
- Maintain 4-5x pipeline coverage and deliver predictable outcomes
- Navigate matrixed organizations and build C-suite relationships
- Lead multi-threaded sales cycles involving automation, architecture, security, and ROI
- Scale AI agent motion, building repeatable patterns and providing insights to product teams
