You'll support the full post-sales lifecycle by providing analytical insights across account management, customer success, and revenue operations to drive retention and expansion. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Track, analyze, and report on key revenue metrics such as churn and net revenue retention
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated reporting workflows
• Design, build, and manage dashboards monitoring customer health and renewal risk
• Lead deep-dive analytics initiatives to uncover growth opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience building queries and data transformations
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Solid understanding of RevOps and post-sales metrics including churn and NRR

• Exposure to customer success platforms such as Gainsight
• Experience working with Salesforce data
