💼 About This Role

You'll operate robotic systems via teleoperation equipment to collect AI training demonstration data for our Frontier Systems team. Your core impact will be guiding robots through precise manipulation tasks to improve autonomous capabilities. You'll work closely with AI engineers to refine data collection procedures and identify failure modes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate robots via VR headset, haptic gloves, and body tracking
• Execute demonstration protocols for grasping, tool use, and assembly
• Upload, label, and organize collected data for AI training pipelines
• Identify and report equipment failures and task ambiguities

📋 Requirements

• Excellent physical coordination and fine motor control
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Quick learner of new physical task sequences
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating robots, drones, or remote-controlled systems
• Experience with VR/AR equipment
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting electromechanical systems
