As a Support Engineer at InterSystems, you will solve complex technical problems for customers using InterSystems products. You'll work with various technologies, own the solution process, and collaborate with a smart, cooperative team. This role offers training, mentorship, and a rational schedule without burnout.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or hard Science
- 4+ years of programming experience
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage solution of complicated problems in complex technical environments
- Contribute to a problem-solving team providing international support
- Work with object-oriented programming, Web, databases, SQL, high availability, performance
- Own responsibility for solutions and decide the plan of attack
- Participate in extended support coverage on a rotational basis (occasional weekend/evening hours)
