Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or hard Science
  • 4+ years of programming experience
  • Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Unix/Linux or Windows environments a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage solution of complicated problems in complex technical environments
  • Contribute to a problem-solving team providing international support
  • Work with object-oriented programming, Web, databases, SQL, high availability, performance
  • Own responsibility for solutions and decide the plan of attack
  • Participate in extended support coverage on a rotational basis (occasional weekend/evening hours)
