You will lead and scale shuttle operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient vehicle movement and managing a team of 20+ shuttlers. This role is critical for maintaining operational flow and building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, logistics, fleet, or similar environments
- Familiarity with dispatching, routing, or workforce scheduling tools
- Previous experience leading frontline teams
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20+ shuttlers across multiple locations
- Own daily shuttle operations, ensuring timely vehicle movement aligned with wholesale priorities
- Act as on-floor decision maker, resolving operational issues in real time
- Build and improve processes, scheduling, and workflows to scale operations
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
