💼 About This Role

You'll own Playground's entire payments ecosystem, including the Stripe partnership, payment processing infrastructure, margin optimization, and pricing strategy. Your work will directly drive margin expansion and platform reliability for thousands of childcare providers. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of fintech and vertical SaaS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage Stripe partnership and negotiate rates and terms
• Analyze and improve payment processing margins across transactions
• Oversee Stripe Connect architecture and optimize onboarding and payouts
• Build reporting dashboards for payment volume, margin, and anomaly detection

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in payments, fintech, or payment facilitation
• Deep understanding of Stripe Connect and interchange economics
• Experience managing a processor relationship at strategic level
• Experience with connected account models including onboarding and payout flows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Adyen or other processors
• Background in vertical SaaS payments
• Knowledge of embedded finance trends
