Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy to evolve Monzo for customers
• Develop and execute best practices for experimentation
• Set standards and work with data across Monzo, fostering knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design and research leaders on product ideas
• Mentor other data scientists and analytics engineers
