You will lead a global team of analysts to ensure optimal merchant performance, trust, and growth on the platform. You'll serve as a subject-matter expert on fraud and performance optimization, partner with merchants and internal teams, and drive operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of analysts across multiple locations
• Own end-to-end performance health of merchant portfolio, optimizing approval rates, fraud loss, and revenue
• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy and optimize models
• Serve as senior client-facing leader in strategic merchant and prospect conversations
• Drive process automation, improve tooling, and leverage AI to increase team efficiency
