💼 About This Role

You'll lead the consolidated close process and financial planning for Unity's R&D organization, partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic decisions. Your work will directly inform executive presentations and earnings narratives. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and a chance to implement AI-powered tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead monthly consolidated close, quarterly forecast, and annual planning.
• Ensure accurate weekly/monthly reporting on financial metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and earnings calls.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Communication skills: explain complex issues to senior leaders (Directors, VPs, C-Suite).
• Financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and planning skills with data insights.
• Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Workday).
• Willingness to adopt AI-powered tools for accuracy and efficiency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Relevant experience in business partner finance.
• Understanding of GAAP and financial concepts.
• Experience creating PowerPoint/Google Slides for management.
