You will lead and execute all efforts required to achieve individual store goals, including driving sales performance, delivering an elevated client experience, and managing operational execution. Your focus will be on embodying brand values, educating customers on sustainability, and building loyal client relationships.

Requirements

• Available to work minimum 40 hours per week with open availability across 7 days
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• High level of business acumen to understand business drivers and opportunities
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Experience in coaching and team development

Responsibilities

• Measure and monitor sales performance and take action to improve business performance
• Operational execution to achieve revenue targets while balancing budget and expenses
• Drive elevated client experience as a brand ambassador with focus on sustainability education
• Lead sales floor and deliver excellent customer experience to build loyal client relationships
• Maintain inventory accuracy and controls, and train the team
