Description

You will deliver customer-centric, spatial, and retail strategic expertise for a top-tier technology client, bringing hardware and digital products to life through events, trade shows, pop-ups, in-store activations, and on-device content. You'll define how brands live in the real world and connect to the purchase journey.

Requirements

  • 7-9 years of experience in strategy, with at least 5 in experiential marketing, brand activation, or retail strategy
  • Based in US (California or New York preferred)
  • Current or recent experience in an agency environment
  • Deep knowledge of consumer electronics, hardware, or tech brands
  • Strong spatial awareness and ability to identify user journeys from floor plans

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client objectives and product roadmaps to design compelling physical footprints for trade shows and retail pop-ups
  • Develop retail engagement strategies for consumer electronics, phones, wearables, and smart home devices
  • Analyze physical space to identify friction points and magic moments with devices
  • Strategize connection between physical events and digital ecosystems to drive earned media and loyalty
  • Lead strategic narrative for new business pitches in experiential and retail sector
