You'll define and drive the future of Tala's lending ecosystem, building customer-first lending experiences and maximizing portfolio performance. You'll shape how millions of underserved customers access and retain financial services while advancing financial inclusion at scale. This role sits at the heart of Tala's growth engine, partnering across engineering, data science, and credit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and communicate product roadmap for lending and retention
• Own product strategy across the entire lending journey
• Design retention initiatives to drive repeat usage and loyalty
• Lead, mentor, and grow a world-class product team

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of product leadership experience in fintech or lending
• Proven track record scaling lending or retention products in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of credit dynamics, risk management, and unit economics
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations
