You'll architect and build the integration layer connecting legacy healthcare systems to modern APIs. You'll own high-reliability HL7 v2 message transformation and fault-tolerant connector infrastructure. This role offers deep technical ownership at a fast-growing health tech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement HL7 v2 transformation pipelines for RIS/EHR integration.
• Build and maintain integration connectors for legacy and modern imaging systems.
• Architect fault-tolerant message queuing and delivery infrastructure.
• Develop REST APIs for third-party referral sources with OAuth and rate limiting.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Proven experience integrating with legacy systems (e.g., RIS, HL7, or equivalent).
• Strong command of message transformation pipeline design.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, Java, or C#.

• Experience with HL7 v2 message processing.
• Familiarity with integration engines like Mirth Connect or Rhapsody.
