💼 About This Role

You'll join Base's Member Experience team to deliver world-class support to customers. You'll be the voice of the brand, solving issues across phone, email, and text. This role offers hands-on problem-solving with direct impact on customer satisfaction and the future of clean energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Engage with members via phone, email, text, and other channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Base Power products.
  • Use tools to track, manage, and prioritize member interactions.
  • Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Background in energy or utility industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other languages.
